What is Flourish?

Flourish is a virtual menopause clinic built around you. Instead of waiting for a video appointment slot, you complete your consult whenever it works for you, day or night, and certified menopause clinicians review your information in detail.

How does Flourish work?

Flourish care happens through the Flourish app. Complete your consult anytime, 24/7. A certified clinician reviews and finalizes your care plan within 2 business days. If a prescription is clinically appropriate, it is sent to your pharmacy of choice.

Who is Flourish for?

Flourish is for women with ovaries at any stage of perimenopause or menopause, from the first symptoms to the full transition, who are exploring support with Menopausal Hormone Therapy.

How much does Flourish cost?

Flourish uses a pay-per-consult model: $79 for an Individual Consult, or $260 for Complete Care, a series of 4 consults. Consult purchases may be HSA/FSA eligible. Pricing covers the consult only; medication, pharmacy, delivery, lab, and other third-party costs are separate.

Does Flourish accept insurance or HSA/FSA?

Flourish keeps costs simple and transparent by not accepting insurance for consults, so there is no waiting on prior authorizations or coverage disputes to start care. Consult purchases may be HSA/FSA eligible.

Is Flourish available in my area?

Flourish is launching in California, Florida, and New York. If you are located elsewhere, join the waitlist and we will let you know as soon as Flourish is available in your state.

Who guides Flourish’s clinical model?

Flourish’s clinical model is led by Heather Hirsch, MD, MS, MSCP, Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer, who also founded The Menopause Clinic at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Nihar Ganju, MD, Co-founder and CEO of Flourish, is a board-certified OB/GYN who leads the platform so its technology supports, rather than replaces, clinical judgment.
